I made sausages because my fiance’ Justin loves sausages. Hehehe! ❤ I’ve owned my George Foreman grill for years and grill veggies, seafood and meats. It removes excess oil from your food! It’s a healthy way to cook!

@lildomolover you can use extra virgin, but its just the flavor of extra virgin is much more dominant then normal olive oil

Rinsing is good. You do want to get rid of those starches. Rinsing is healthier. Came for the exotic cutie, subd for the food.
@AprilAthena7 because it’s one of the foods that causes gout. Spinach, mushrooms, cauliflower, peas, and asparagus have been shown to be rich in purines and therefore can be foods that cause gout. Ingesting purines is not the only way to build up an unusually high concentration of uric acid, called hyperuricemia.

@gorgeous123123 No, you never wanna rinse off pasta. You’ll remove the starches that help the sauce or pesto bind to the pasta. It’s a big “no no” in the culinary world to rinse it. Her method of cooling the pasta in the fridge is best…anyhow, she still had other items to cook so it worked out well!
@gorgeous123123 Actually she did it the correct way when using herbs or herb infused dressing; its best to use hot pasta it helps bring out the flavor of the basil. (Mother was a Chef )

Instead of putting the pasta in the fridge, just rinse it under cold water when you are straining it. This is great because not only do you not have to wait 45 minutes but it also stops the pasta from sticking together
